Stuck on Please Wait

fill out the form and it will not submit

I cloned the form with ID:63413585193156 to my account and tested on my side. I was able to make submissions to it.

However, when I tried to make submissions to the form that you have embedded to the website you provided, button stuck on Please Wait. I inspected the website and it seems like you embedded your form using oembed. You are having this problem because your submissions are being blocked.

To fix this issue, kindly embed your form again with iFrame. Please have a look at the user guides below for further information on iFrame.
