Your email address is working and I don't see any problem with your settings. If you will check your email history, you'll see that we are sending you the form emails.
I would suggest checking your spam folder and make sure to whitelist our default sender email, email@example.com. If you have the option to whitelist a domain, please do for jotform.com.
One more thing, the form is integrated with Paypal. You have incomplete payments on the submissions page. Please check them and verify to make sure they are the submissions made by your clients.
