would like to know if every month my forms renew themselves excluding them or not, for example: I have 998 forms and if in the next month they continue and I am entitled to 1,000 more forms, I wanted to make a database.

I checked your account and you're under the Free account user. You can only hold 5 forms under the Free user.

If you're referring to the monthly submission, free user has a limit of 100 submissions per month. The counter will be reset every first day of the month.

However, the total submission storage under the Free account is only 500. It means that you can only store 500 submissions in your account. For every submission exceeding the 500 will cause for the oldest submission in the account to be removed.

You can delete the submissions, but I recommend you to download it first because once you have deleted your submissions, it is not recoverable.

I'm going to hire the 1,000 plan. But my intention is to build a database up to the older forms. And I wanted to leave them in jotform over the months, and only when I need them, download the forms.

Are you referring to 1,000 submissions limit per month under Bronze Plan?

Yes, that is possible you also have unlimited total submission storage for your database. Here's a guide how to download the submissions: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
