    Hello,

We integrate our form with our Drive Cloud storage service. So we're not going to use your 100MB of storage. Right?

My question is about the "Total Submission Storage". This refers to what exactly?

All submission data including the file uploads will be stored in our servers. You can integrate Google Drive in your form so that your submission data (including the file attachments) will be uploaded in your 3rd party storage giving you a real time backup, but that won't prevent the submission data to be stored in our servers.

You can of course free up your upload space by deleting submission data with file attachments on them on your forms. However, please note that deleting submission data on your forms is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers without any backups. You can delete submission data by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

With regards to "Total Submission Storage", this is the number of submissions you received that you can store in your account as a whole. This is not a monthly limit so it does not reset. However, deleting submission data will free up this storage limit.

You can check your account usage in your Account->Usage page

    I hope that helps.
