500 Total Submission Storage

Can you explain the Total Submission Storage limit?

How does this work?  Is this the limit on number of total submissions that can be received by a free account?

If you delete the Storage Data, does this reset the Storage Limit?

The total submission storage is the total number of submissions stored in your account.  For example, you received 100 submissions per month within 5 months, then your total submission storage is equal to 500.

For the Free plan, the total submission storage is limited to 500. However, you can only receive 100 submissions per month.

Once you reach the total submission storage limit, the system will automatically delete the oldest submission. We suggest you monitor your total submission storage or export/download your submission.

If you delete the Storage Data, does this reset the Storage Limit?

Are you referring to the upload/storage space? If yes, then you need to delete the submission with attachments to clear your upload/storage space. Under the Free plan, you can only store up to 100MB. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
