Jotform had our email on a bounce list. I clicked to remove the email from the bounce list, as it is now working, but we still are not receiving JotForm messages. Please advise.

I have checked the log for the email addresses that you're using in your forms and I can see the emails are showing now, you can also check the email history on your end by following this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
What I would suggest you is to check this guide so you can know why emails may not be sending: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
You could also check your junk and spam folder, if you find the emails there, please mark them as not spam so they are not moved to these folders when received.
Also, if the problem still persists may be that there could be a conflict with some security filters on your mail server, to avoid emails from JotForm being blocked you could set up your own sender email address and use your mail server info, this guide will help you to do it: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
