Increase file upload limit with upgraded plan

I've been searching for an answer on how to increase the file upload limit, but all of the answers I've found said that there's a limit with the free plan. I have the silver plan which has 100GB storage. Is there any way I could increase the file upload limit? I would like to use the form so external users can upload larger files for my team to access.

You can change the allowed maximum file size limit in your file upload field by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit 

The "Upload Space" limit in your account is the total upload storage size of all the file uploads of your submissions.

I did follow those directions, and I entered a value higher than 1GB without any error message in the form editor, but I tested with a larger file and it said the upload failed. Is there truly no way to increase the 1GB limit, even with 100GB of storage space? Splitting the files and uploading each individually would be too cumbersome for our purposes. I connected our Google account with 15GB, too, but I guess that doesn't make a difference? This limitation is quite restricting, but let me know if there's something I'm missing. Thank you again, I appreciate your time.

Unfortunately, as mentioned in the guide I shared, the maximum file size you can upload on a submission is 1 GB. Uploading large files via the file upload field is quite prone to failing due to the timeouts and connection issues.
