How change email address and payment method?

Hi, 

I need to change the account to another email address in addition the payment type to a credit card.

To change the email address of the account, just go to: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile.

To change the payment method, go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. But since you've canceled your subscription, you need to re-subscribe to the Bronze Plan.
