Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

    We are having an issue with form "MetroWest YMCA Camp Returning Staff Application 2017" not sending to the person in the email notification recipient list (kmratcliffe@).  She has received forms via JotForm before so we know that works.  It's not hitting quarantine, spam or junk folders (check a bunch of times), and I'm receiving them to my email just fine (sumbel@).  

    Additionally, answers to the last question on the form doesn't show up when viewing submissions or when exporting the form as a PDF.  They only way we can see what the permission selected was by hitting "Edit" and then view in the edit window.

    I checked the email associated with your form and it ended in the Bounce list, the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    I removed it from the Bounce list so the submissions will go through now. Please check this guide on how to prevent such problems. Also, you can check if the email is in the Bounce list by using this guide.
