I am being told that my staff emails are going into a jot form blacklist - what can I do to stop this happening
We all use Office 365 and all emails are to our own domain e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org

First of all, you should check which email addresses exactly have been bounced as you can see the screenshot below of your account history:
After copying the emails in the bounce list, you can check and remove them from the bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
