    Receiving duplicate submissions for our forms

    This has been happening to us for the past several months.  Started out of the blue on a form we have had in place for years.

    We have talked with submitters who have assured us they clicked submit once and it went through, they saw no problems, errors or slowness.  We have also identified this happening on several browsers, including Chrome, FireFox and IE

    In the beginning the duplicates were timestamped at the same minute but at some point they started have a few minutes in between.

    Seems to be the same problem as described by Chriistian.

    I have checked your email address and not able to find any account registered. Please provide us with the form in question so that we can try to replicate the issue at our end. If the form is embedded on any of your web pages, please provide us with the web page.

    It is probably registered under agillmore@answerfirst.com or
    marketing@answerfirst.com.
    April, can you reply with the direct link to the pricing packet Jot Form,
    because it is embedded I am not sure how to get it?

    Matt,

    I could still not find an existing JotForm from the 2 email address you mentioned. I also tried looking on the website using the domain https://answerfirst.com/ but its difficult to trace the form.

    Share to us the URL of the form or the website URL where the form had been embedded and we will investigate further once we got more information.

    I did check your form and found that it is sending submission to following three recipients:

    5310010@myanswerfirst.com

    sales@answerfirst.com

    marketing@answerfirst.com

    I have tested your form by sending a test submission. Can you please check and let us know how many emails you have received?

    Here is a screen shot of what we received in our CRM. It looks like we
    received one marked test, only one submission, than about 13 minutes later
    someone made another submission and we received two.
    If needed please read the ticket history, it does not always happen and it
    happens across browsers and they usually show up 4 or 5 minutes a part.
    You will also see that we have spoken with submitters as quickly as 2
    minutes after we received duplicates and they tell us everything went fine
    with the submission, they only clicked once, did not have to click on
    "back" arrow, etc...

    Another Example of duplicates. FYI.. we do receive to emails from Jot for
    all the duplicates.

    I have checked your web page and see that form is embedded using default javascript embed method. I have tried submitting the form and the submission went fine. However, when I clicked on the back button of the browser, the form submitted again automatically. 

    Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed code to see if it makes a difference? Please refer to the guide below that to get the iframe embed code for your JotForm.

    My Developer installed iFrame code, tested back button, we did not receive duplicates.

    We have continued to receive about 4 duplicated submissions a day out of a total of 20 - 25 submissions.

    Please advise.

    As I check the submissions of the form, there are few submissions received within two minutes and few about in half an hour as well. 

    I see that the form is redirected to a custom URL after submitting the form. Is it possible to change the Thank you page to display the Thank you message of the JotForm?
