I accidentally hit some key combination the other day and up popped a list of all fields on my form.
I can't replicate it to save myself.
Can you please help?

If you are talking about the fields manager list, here is how to open it: https://www.jotform.com/help/242-How-to-Manage-Multiple-Fields

field id's and their respective 'unique name' for the entire form?

Hi,
You can find unique names and field IDs from the Properties>Advanced>Field Details in the form builder. Please have a look at the following guide: How-to-find-field-IDs-and-names
You can also access the Unique Name List of all form fields. Please press CTRL+Shift+I in the for builder. Whereas you get a list of unique names, there is no option to get a list of Field IDs of all form fields in the form unfortunately.
However, you can switch to the old version of the form builder. In the old version, it is easier to see Field IDs and unique names of the form fields. Just one click is enough in this case. Please have a look at the following video about how to switch old version:
If you need any other supports, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Thank you.
