Can not receive response after submitting the form

    Hi thanks I found you webiste, but I wonder .. I have a theme created form, if you click button then send message to me plus copy email someone. I see nothing. I see no code address. Can you give me tips? Grt Marco

    Dear Marco,

    I've checked your account and I have seen that you have a guest account. First of all, let me suggest you to signup a Free JotForm account at the following link: www.jotform.com/signup 

    Related to your question; as I have understood you have mentioned about your form named "Naam" and you were complaining about you did not receive any response.

    I have checked your form and cloned it on my side in order to test it. I have fulfilled the form and submitted it. I have received autoresponder and notification emails. I recommend you to check your email configurations and please set right settings as you can see in the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

    As I have understood, you have set a notification email to your form and set 2 recipient email addresses. I have checked if your email address is on the bounce list or not. I have seen that your email address is not on the bounce list. However, you should check if the second recipient email address in the bounce list or not as you can see in the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-ListIf the recipient emails are on the bounce list, you can not receive any notifications. 

    Also, could you please check your SPAM/JUNK folder of the recipient addresses? Because sometimes you might receive JotForm emails in your SPAM/JUNK folder and you might not realize them. If you find any JotForm emails there, please mark them as NOT SPAM.

    On the other hand, I did not understand that what did you mean by "I see no code address." Could you please clarify this further?
