    Autoresponder email not sending out

    Hi, 

     

    My autoresponder email has stopped sending to our customers. 

     

    Can you look into why please?

    Hello,

    I checked your email history but so far I do not see any emails which failed. You can tell your users to check their spam folder for possibilities of the emails to have landed there.

    HI,

    I’ve checked and it does go into junk folder, however; it seems it’s doing this as the reply email now comes from jotform not litttlyurtmeadow.

    Why has this changed?

    I have checked your form and the reply-to email address is empty: 

    You need to set up a reply-to email address from a field in your form, if this field is removed then the reply-to email will be removed as well from the wizard, though it will be the same as the sender. 

    I have also noticed you're using a custom sender email address which works fine:
