    None of my confirmation emails are being sent.

    Are you having any issues with sending out confirmation emails and forwarding the info entered today?  On our tranont-merchant.ca form, I have not received ANY emails today.  I can't even forward the PDF to myself....

    I rely on these to forward the referrals to the sales people.

     

    Please help as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    I reviewed your email history and found two emails landing in our bounce list. This happens when your mail server decides suddenly to simply reject emails coming from JotForm. On your case, your email server blocked JotForm and as a result, our system prevented further issues that may arise in terms of email reputation in relation to email networks.

    Here are the email addresses and the reason given by your mail server:

    canadamerchant@tranont.com
    canadaphonenet@tranont.com

    Reason(s) : smtp; Your email to group was rejected due to spam classification.

    I have now removed the email from the bounce list. Please observe if you are to receive emails the next time you receive a submission. You may also review your email history following the steps from this guide:  https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    If the problem persists, you might want to contact your email service provider and ask from them the possibility of whitelisting emails coming from JotForm.
