No forms are being sent to our email address

    Hi,

    The jot forms are going into our dropbox but they are not being sent to our email address for notification?

    As of today NONE of the jot forms are coming through to email.

    Up until now we have noticed that one or two don't seem to be sent to email and ive been meaning to contact you about it.

    Can you look into the issue?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, upon checking your account's email history, I have not found any failed email attempts or any attempt that is marked as IN BOUNCE/BLOCK LIST.

    I have set this thread to private. Can you tell us the email address that is set as the recipient of the email notification in your form(s), please?

    Hi, sorry, since I haven't been receiving emails from jot form I didn't realise you had responded.

    The email addresses the notifications supposed to go to are:

    kim@action-reaction-training.com and edel@action-reaction-training.com

    I've now set them to go as separate notifications as your colleague suggested so hopefully that works.

    But surly I would have received the notification that you responded to my message?  We haven't had an email come through from Jotform for over a week now?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, I, also, didn't see any failed email attempts to those email addresses when I checked your account's mail logs.

    Those email addresses are also not in our bounce list.

    Can you check the Spam folder of those email addresses to see if the emails ended there instead?

    Can you also try Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses?
