I have a registration form I sent out. When it is returned to me I don't get the entire form back even though people fill out the entire form.

    Anyway before the Extreme Air Waiver Form is sent back .. The waiver form is not.  Help!

    You don't get your entire form back when someone submits it, what you get is an Email Notification. Did you mean you're not getting the TEXT FIELDS you included on your form through your emails?

    Like these 2 for example:

    If so, then these won't be included because they are not INPUT FIELDS. Only Input Fields are included on your Email Notification body template. If you wish to add them there too, you'd have to manually add them, the same way you added them on your form.

    Just click SETTINGS at the top > EMAILS on the left > PENCIL icon > EMAIL tab > then add them on the email body.

    If you're referring to the PDF version of your Submissions though, then just enable them on the Submissions Page.

    I’m still not getting it. I understand the text fields… what I don’t understand is that I’m not getting a whole section at the end after: Extreme Air Waiver – nothing gets sent back to me. None of the text fields that they fill out are returned to me. I’ve filled out an entire form on my own and sent it (to myself) and that whole section is not there. Can you check that for me?

    I checked the notification emails that were sent to you, and it looks like the fields after "Extreme Air Waiver" appears there successfully. These fields are also visible in the form submissions page.

    I also cloned your form and sent a test submission, here's the fields that are seen after the Extreme Air Waiver section:

    Are you unable to see these in the emails that you received? May I ask which browser did you use when you encountered the issue? Can you visit this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1063671 and send us a screenshot of how the data appears on your end?
