    Form won't let me save any more questions or fields

    I am trying to duplicate a field and save it in this form.

     

    At the top of the page I get the message that "All fields saved successfully" then I come out of the form, go back in and all my changes are lost.

    Please help and if you can tell me what I am doing wrong it would be great.

    Which fields are you unable to duplicate? 

    I have tested duplicate field option on cloned version of your form inside of Version 3 and Version 4 and it is working properly. Here is my form:

    Also are you using duplicate field option inside of field properties of are you duplicating multiple fields.

    I have cleared your form cache. Please try again. You can also try to use some other browser. If the issue still persist on your end, please provide us more details about how are you duplicating your fields and tell us which fields are you unable to duplicate. You can also provide us a screenshot of those fields.

    Thank you by switching to the older version of jotform builder, version 3 I was able and continue.

    I have now run into a different problem. From preview does not work. My form will not display.

    The first page comes up but my first radio button is unselectable and I cannot continue to the next age. Tested on different devices too. All seems fine in the builder.

    I am glad to here that you were able to resolve your issue by switching to Version 3.
