Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

    We have been using JotForms to receive online applications for our degrees and we were receiving them up earlier this week. We just realised through doing a test again that they are no longer coming through to our email address.

    Now we have no way of tracking who has applied or how many students. The web designer used Jotform on wordpress, but has not supplied us with the login details for Jotforms. 

    Where would these application be going or stored at the moment? Is there anyway of retrieving them?


    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Marisca,

    I wasn't able to find the account that is registered under your email, so I couldn't check your email.
