So far today we've had 3 customers say they could not either upload a document on our "Shopping Cart" form and or the "Invoice" form. Are there any known issues with documents not being able to be uploaded? They tried using different browers, computers, and operating systems. They also cleared out their cache and cookies.Page URL:

Hi, I did a test submission on both forms. I was able to submit and upload a file properly. I didn't encounter any issue or problem uploading files. I also checked the email history logs and I can see that you have receive the test submissions with the attachment file. Here's a guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
