MY FORMS check in check out - all of them - don't send emails to programmed recipients when a data entry has been done.
This has been happening for a while now, it's not new.

Hello h2oform,
Upon checking in your form, I found that your email address maksym@h2o.ca and ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
Result:
maksym@h2o.ca is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
Result:
catherine@h2o.ca is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
That is the reason why you were not receiving submission emails from your form. I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should wok fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
