I just tested your form and I couldn't replicate this issue, a form submitted fine:
Maybe it was a temporary network glitch. Could you please test again and let us know if you're facing this problem.

I've just tested your form and found the same like my colleague, the form worked on my end and allowed me to submit it without any problem.
I've cleared your forms cache now and I would also suggest you to try re-embedding your form using the iFrame method, this will avoid any conflict between the form's code and the code in your website.
Also, does the problem happens when the form is submitted or it only happens when loading the webpage with the form?
You may also test your form with its direct link and let us know if the same happens, it may be also related to some file type or size, since you're allowing uploads on your form, if you could ask your users this info when they replicated the issue it would be great, this way we will be glad to test with a similar file and find if the issue is related to uploads.

I've just tested your form again and I was able to successfully submit it without any problem, I've uploaded 55 images on your form and it was submitted without any problem, you could check on your submissions and should find mine with the uploaded files.
I could see an error displayed on the web console when loading your webpage:
This is a sample iFrame code you should embed:

the form works ok when you dont submit photos.
when submitting photos they have an issue.
on average our customers have between 50 - 80 photos max size 1-4mb each

I will test this more and get back to you with my findings.

I just submitted a form (please ignore my submission), it took some time, but it submitted:
It was 60+ files with 1.2mb each. The bottom line is that all files are uploaded before the form is submitted so it's not like the files are uploading while the form is submitting which can break with such amount of files.
On the other hand it can be as you sad intermediate, but that can be related to network as well, browser session etc.
If you have any additional related information about how your customers are getting this error please share.

Could you let us know if you are experiencing the issue while downloading the images from the form submissions or when the form is being submitted? If you are receiving this error while downloading the images from the submissions, please let us know the direct link to the image so that we can check it further.

Please refer also to our user guide about Upload field here : https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit
JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per request (submission).
As mentioned in the user guide there is a max limit of 25 files only that can be uploaded on each upload session. So I believe the issue was due to this.
You users will have problem using the form if they will be uploading 50-100 files in one go.
You can add annotation on your form to make the users aware of this. This way they will be using the upload field within its functionality.
Let us know if there's more we can help you with.

why have we not had a problem for the last 3 years now we have an issue . ?
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on May 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM
As far as I remember, the Upload field originally have this max number of file upload per session. It is not a new feature or functionality that was only added recently.
The most I can suggest at this time is to try request from the use to retry using the form and make them aware that they can only upload a max of 25 files simultaneously per submission.
We can wait for the result then if the user will still have problem submitting the form.
Please let us know how it goes.
