    I changed a form, the email recipients receive the changed fields, but when I receive their response, it still has the old info.

    Notice, on this response email, instead of saying "May week 1," "May Week 2," etc. it has "Week 1 May2-6." This was a change that was made to this form and seems to appear on the form itself, but not on the response.

    I have tested your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. 

    If the issue still persist on your end, please delete existing email Notification and create new Notification.
