I noticed one of our Jot forms we are missing submissions. We should have had about 18 in total and only see 2. Could you please help with this and explain what went wrong? See attached image to help with issue. Thanks!

I inspected your form analytics, history logs of submission deletions and also premium subscriptions. I cannot find any logs for submission deletions. However, when I check your premium account subscriptions, I find that your account has been downgraded to the FREE plan occasionally. In this process, you might have exceeded to limits of the FREE plan.
If a Jotform user exceeds the limit of submission storage, old submissions are deleted automatically in order to receive new ones.
As a result, your old submissions have been deleted when your account was in the FREE plan. I would like to recommend you to integrate your forms with applications such as Google Drive, Dropbox etc. Thus, you can backup your submissions via your 3rd party applications.
