How can I manually enter a form on someone's behalf?

We are all electronic - and we have a charge of $10.  I have one manual entry where I want to input the information and not have a charge.  Can I do that as an owner of the form?

I can see that you are using PayPal integration. You can complete the form and hit the submit button. After that, you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. In the checkout page, don't proceed with the payment. 

If you go to your Submissions page, you'll an "Incomplete Payment". This happens when the user did not continue with the payment after hitting the Submit button. Here's a guide: How-to-view-incomplete-payments.

If you complete the submission, it will be treated as a regular submission. No payment was made but the form submission will appear in your Submissions page.
