Do you mean, you have accidentally deleted your forms? If yes, you can restore them from your trash folder, but not unless you have purged it there. Please check.

If you mean you have accidentally deleted your form submissions. Unfortunately, we don't keep a backup of them. Once deleted, there is no way you can recover those. The only way you can check the data would be through your email history.
