My payment form says Please wait.... when the submit button is clicked and never moves on

I have one user who cannot make a payment using my Online Donations v2 payment form.

She tried 3 times and provided a screen shot of the last attempt.

When she clicks Submit, it says Please... wait and never moves on.

I used the form 3 times yesterday as have others, without a problem.

Some used it prior to and some after the problem user.

Any ideas?

This is a possible conflict the page, especially the form is embedded using our default script method. You can fix this by re-embedding the form using our iframe codes.
