What does 100mb storage mean? Is it monthly?

    The storage space is the number of uploaded files you can store in your account. Under the Free plan, you only have 100mb storage space.

    The storage space is not a monthly limit, it is fixed. You need to delete the submissions with attachments to clear your storage space. Here's a guide on How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.

    @Toonz,

    Yes. You may also integrate your JotForm with Google Drive to send the submission and uploaded files as suggested by charles845. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with integrating Google Drive.

    Since the submissions and uploaded files still store in your JotForm account, the storage space is still counted. If you want to clear the storage space, it is required to delete the submissions that have the uploaded files in your account.
