Forms aren't working!

I create a form and they arent working...tells me they are disabled.

You have the form http://www.jotform.ca/form/70689512761261 which collects credit card information.

 

Please note that JotForm is quite strict with forms collecting such information. Can you please give us more details about your form and what you use the information you gather for?

I understand that but none of my forms are working… nothing to do with that form…I have since deleted that form.

I have customers that place advance orders and they pay with credit card. I was looking at other solutions…here is a sample of the form I currently send out.

If you want to collect payments from customers using the form, you can use our Payment integration like PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.net etc instead. Please see this guide on Order Form Basics and Setting Up Your First Order Form .

Moreover, using regular fields to ask Credit Card details from the users is against our Terms of Use and it will be detected by our Phishing Detector, resulting in account suspension and forms being disabled.

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.
