How to redirect users to a different page based on answers?

I'm looking for a form that asks questions, then displays a page based on users answered to those questions.

All of JotForm's templates appear to have a submit button that sends the users answers/data that they filled-out from he form sent to an email address. I don't want the form data to go to an email address, instead I want to have the "submit" button point to a web page based on certain criterial answered in a form.

What I'm looking for is to pose four questions, two are yes/no and the other two are multiple-choice, then once the user answers all four question, they hit a "submit" button that either goes to one page that is a "Pass" or another page that is a "Fail" based on their answers.

Let me know if this is possible?

    Thanks.

Yes, it is possible to change the thank you link based on user's answers, here's a guide that will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition

Regarding to emails, the form will have an email notification send to you when there's a submission, and an email auto-responder send to your submitter in case you've added an email field to your form. If you do not want to have these emails you could delete them by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
