At 8:00 AM this morning the PDF file that is attached to all the JOT forms our driers send in stopped being attached.
Is there a way to get it back on the drivers JOT form?

Firstly, I have checked your e-mail logs that sent it today and find these e-mails were in our Bounce list. As you can see the reasons below screenshots:
I have removed it, you can receive your Notification e-mails now.You may have a look at them to learn how to prevent e-mail bouncing issues and how to remove your e-mail from bounce list if it is in.
For your attachment problem, we are sorry for this inconvenience.
We were not able to replicate it on our side, could you please try again and let us know if the issue persists? Please also provide us as much information as you can.
