Combine three forms with conditional formatting

    Hello,

I had an issue with one of my forms and it lost over 680 conditions. I have cloned the form and reverted it into three different forms to return all the formatting. Is there a way to combine these three forms into one INCLUDING the conditional formatting?

If not, is there a way to set up a fourth form that directs to the right form with the right conditions? For example, if someone selects Year 2017, it would pull from the cloned form to deliver the conditional formatting.

It is possible to clone fields from one form to another with Field Manager app. However conditions will not be cloned.

You can create a fourth form and use condition logic to redirect your users to one of your other three forms. Inside of this guide you can find how to Change Thank You Page URL Based on a Condition:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, these solutions do not solve my lost conditions. Since I'm using a paid JF subscription - huge favor, can JF Support please migrate these conditions on your backend for me to merge all the conditions into one form like I originally created? Again this glitch happened because the new JF interface auto-save did not save the conditions correctly. I'm trying to avoid hours upon hours of redoing work. Please help - I'd be so grateful!

The only way to restore any lost form conditions would be to use our Form Revision History on your affected form, and revert it back to a revision where the conditions still existed:

When it comes to actually combining several smaller forms into one, I'm afraid that conditions cannot be moved / merged from one form to another. Only form fields cam be moved / duplicated, by using the Field manager app as instructed previously:

    https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager

The way to restore conditions if they were lost would be to use the form revision history. I hope this helps.
