Will Jotform work for my needs?

I am looking to create a form that can be used and edited by my work team of three people.

This is for a  mailing project tracking and management tool.

Each person would need to have access to add additional data to the form for each project.

One form with three portions where each portion of the form can be entered by different people.

We will also need to create a clean report for each form entry.

Will this work for our needs?

You can create a form and then create sub-users that can edit the same form, you can check our new feature Form Collaboration.

You can have different portions of the form showed to different people by using conditional logic where part of the form will be shown based on the user's inputs.
