    Not getting form emails

    All Notifications and Auto Response # 2 that are set up are not sending emails after the submissions. This is a free account. What can I do?

    I have checked email history logs on your account and I saw that two of your email addresses are on the bounce list. All other emails are sent successfully. 

    timothy29@sbcglobal.net is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 alph153 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521<

    I have remove email address timothy29@sbcglobal.net from the bounce list. Other email address tbischoff@midwestcat.com is not in the bounce list anymore, so I assume that you have removed it from the bounce list.

    Why I am not Receiving Email Notifications?

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    If you did not received emails that were sent successfully, please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into that folder anymore.

    I cheked the bounce list prior to sending in my issue. At that time none of the emails were showing in the list. Still only getting emails to two accounts. Bsw@midwestcat.com and tbischoff@midwestcat.com. Any ideas why.

    There is misspelled jobs@midestcat.com email recipient in your condition.
