Can I incorporate a pdf form that needs to be filled out and signed and embed into my site?

Asked by mshlomov on May 11, 2017 at 02:23 PM

I have a pdf form that I need to incorporate on my site, but I need it filled out and signed before its submitted. Is there anything I can do here to achieve my goal?

Also, the forms I have created already, can they be converted to pdf files and be filled out and signed as pdf files?

    Thanks for your help.

You can create a downloadable link in your form. In this way, you users can download it and fill it up. Here's a guide: How-to-Add-a-Downloadable-File-to-Your-Form.

You should have a File Upload field in the form. This is where your users will upload the completed PDF file. Here's a helpful guide: How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms.

Can they be converted to pdf files and be filled out and signed as pdf files?

Yes, it is possible to convert an online form to a fillable PDF form. Here's how:

In My Forms page, select the form and then click the "More" button. After that, click the "Create PDF Form" option.

Please check this user guide for more information about the fillable PDF form: JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-With-All-Points.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
