Text and Headers in PDF are not displaying

Asked by MarvyMoms on May 11, 2017 at 05:48 PM

I'd like to show fields such as headings or text in the PDF, however. There is an apparent function to add fields, however they do not actually show up on output of the PDF.

An alternative might be to type this text. You have an add text feature, but ironically, it's the only field that you cannot change size or boldness or color of text.

This is the third question I've submitted as I'm trying to figure out how to truly customize this PDF. Ability to do these things is a dealbreaker with whether my client will use JotForm or not.

Showing the headers, texts, and images into the PDF submissions is possible. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

You can also customize the PDF if you like https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report.

Thank you! I think this combined with using hidden fields will get me exactly what I need to get the PDF looking just right.
