    I actually have 3 questions

    1. do iphone users have to access the integrated paypal form differently? I has several people tell me that they had to click on "web" at the bottom of their screen in order to access the payment information.

    2. Does that apply to all mobile phone users?

    3. is it possible to set it up so that the payee receives a receipt or notification that their payment went through or not?

I tried to access your form on your website on an iPhone emulator and I was able to replicate it. I have to click the "Web" version so that the form on the site will appear.

However, if you test to access your form alone (https://www.jotform.com/62424563302145) it should be accessible in web view or in mobile view. Perhaps the issue is due to how the form was embedded on the site. Could you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame method? Here's the guide on Getting the form iFrame code.

    3. Is it possible to set it up so that the payee receives a receipt or notification that their payment went through or not?

In order for the payee to receive a notification on their end if their payment went successfully or not is to enable the IPN settings on your PayPal Account. Please refer to this guide on How to Enable IPN on your Paypal Account.

Sorry, I just noticed that you are using PayPal Pro Payment Gateway on your form.

Here's the guide for enabling the IPN settings for Paypal Pro: How to Enable IPN for Paypal Pro.
