You say that when someone fills out our form, we get an eMail with that reply. How is that reply protected? WE do use a VPN service but I thingk that that is when we use it as an outgoing link. Please advise.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. The email notifications are added to the form automatically when you add an email field to the form. By default, the email notifications are sent to the account registered email address by using the JotForm email address. If you want to use your own email address to send the notifications, you may setup SMTP account with your JotForm. Please refer to the guide below:
