I have upgraded my account, payment was made through paypal successfully.
Why is it not reflected on my account? It's still prompting me to upgrade.

I checked your account with username TheOpenCentre and it is already in Bronze monthly plan.
Please log out and log back in to your account to see the changes. You can also check your Account->Profile page to see your account type, it should show "Bronze".
You can also check your Account->Billing page to see the subscription date and the invoices of your payments.
