Can sub-users create their own forms, and share the same pricing plan of the main account?

Next problem is we have multiple users. Jot Form told us we could set them up with security so only they see their forms and submissions. So maybe there is a solution here where they share the price of the plans. There is no one in IT that will be creating their forms anymore. Can we set up Jot Forms for multiple users (they will have to share the price) AND  they can create their own forms? IT can work with resetting passwords and the like but we won't be doing any form development. Has your tool progressed to the level of users being able to create their own forms?

That is not possible, adding an account under yours as a sub-user does not mean "inheriting" or "sharing" account benefits. The feature is just meant to share forms to allow someone else to mange them for you, without the need of accessing your account.

So, if the sub-user needs to create a form, and wants that form to be subject to the benefits(Bronze, Silver, or Gold) of the main account, the sub-user has to create the form inside the folder that was share to him.

Can we create folders in the main account and let the users build and store their forms in their folder in the account OR are you saying that the software does not allow multiple form builders in the same account? It doesn't make sense to have to purchase an account for each user. Your product is not priced low enough for that. We are a non-profit company and I have about 10 users.

You can create folders, and group specific forms in it to be share with the sub-user: https://www.jotform.com/help/204-How-to-Add-or-Group-Your-Forms-into-Folders

If you have not added the sub-user yet, select the created folder, and click on "Share Folder":

If the sub-user is already added in your account, simply go to your "Account users" section: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users, click on the edit icon for the sub-user:

Scroll down, you will see the folders you have, select the one you want to share with the sub-user, and click on UPDATE:

Note: if the sub-user wants to create a form, and store it in that specific folder, he will need to create the form in his account first. Then move it to your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account

And finally, you will have to add that form to the specific folder.

On regards of having multiple users editing a single form at the same time, that is possible to accomplish, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration
