How to release upload space?

I have received an email informing that my jotform account has reached the upload limit (free account is limited to 100.00 MB of upload space) and my forms will be disabled.

Would you please inform how I can release the upload space for further uploading of files.  It seems that there is no path to access the already uploaded document, such that I can delete the unnecessary files, please advise

Under the Free plan, you can only store 100MB of files. You currently have 101.57MB of files. This is the reason why your account is in over-limit status.

You need to delete the submissions that have attachments to clear your storage space. Here's a guide: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

Hi, I have already deleted 2 forms totally with all the submissions, however, the space still not yet released, when will the space be released for further uploading after deleting the submissions

    Thanks!

    Hello agrhm,

You can try checking your trash folder and if the forms are there, please purge them.

That has been done of course and the used up space remains unchanged, not even 1 Mb.

Would you please check what's wrong with the space estimation, since as per notification, my form will be stopped Monday if space does not release nor account upgrade.

    Many thanks

So far I found one form with an ID 42524105120437 and the last submission there has an attachment above 90mb alone. Deleting that last submission will surely increase your storage space by 90%.

Please let us know if you have questions or if you need assistance.

    Thanks :)

Thanks for your location of the file, it has been deleted and the space was released.

By the way, does normal user have a fast way to identify which upload was actually occupying most of the space, it would be easier for our housekeeping.

    Many thanks

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to find forms with submissions which may be occupying the most space at the moment. But surely, we'll inform you once we have developments over this matter.

    Thanks.
