Thank you page not displaying correctly on our Zoey website

    Hey there,

     

     

    The thank you page on my test site is not working correctly. I have made sure that using zoeys design tools we had enough space for the form, so I cannot figure this out.

    Please try injecting the following CSS code to your JotForm so that the Thank you page should be displaying correctly.

    #stage.form-all {

      height: 325px !important;

    }

    I have added it on the Jotform site to the form, please let me know if it
    has fixed it.

    No. It didn't fix the issue. I have also tried changing the height to a different height and the issue still occurs. Could you confirm if you have embedded the form on your Zoey website using the JotForm App from Zoey marketplace? If not, please refer to the blog post below for more instructions to embed the form using JotForm App.

    Could you try adding the form to the web page using iframe embed code in an HTML field?

    You may get the iframe embed code from the Publish wizard. Please refer to the guide below:
