Change username and password?

    I wish to upgrade but first need to change the User Name and Password - how do I do this ?

    To change your password, first you should go to account settings page just like it is shown in the image below:

    After going to setting page, you will see password edit button.

    For the username question, you should send us the username with three option that you want to choose. If it overlaps we won't be able to change the name you sent that is why you should send it with three options. When you send the names with options, we can change it.

    Hi,

    As mentioned by Becegul, you can log in to your account and change the password in your Account->Profile page

    For the username, you cannot change it in your end, but we can do that upon your request. You can check if the username you want is still available by taking advantage of the "Sign Up" page: https://www.jotform.com/signup. In the username field, simply type the username you want, it will tell you if it is still available or not.

    After finding the available username you want, send it here and we'll update your account. However, please note that if you are using a custom URL on your form, that custom URL will no longer work. You need to recreate the custom URL again to use it.
