    Hi,

So I've tried uploading my PDF to your Fillable PDF Form Creator, but I keep getting this message in my email.

Just want to know if there is something wrong with the document or if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks :)

Is that PDF form from Adobe FormsCentral Fillable PDF forms? If it isn't, that is the reason why it is not being imported.

Isn't FormsCentral no longer working? Is there another way I can make my form fillable?

FormsCentral is no longer working, but the PDF forms that were created in Adobe FormsCentral can be imported to JotForm.

Considering that you are not able to import your form, I can only suggest you to create a new form, with our Form Builder. This guides can help you to create your form:

Once you create a form you can convert it to a Fillable PDF form.

Ok so let me explain my project for more context.

I'm working with a local soccer club that wants their player registration forms to be filled out online so they can easily collect player information for a data spreadsheet. I can easily create the forms they need with JotForm.

The only problem is, the sports association that they are affiliated with need the club's player information as well, but on an existing PDF that IS NOT fillable.

I don't want to make players fill out multiple forms so what I'm trying to do is make the sports association's PDF fillable so it can be filled out online, printed for the sports association, and all the information that was filled can automatically be saved into a spreadsheet for the soccer club.

Is it possible if I can do all this with JotForm? If not are there any other ideas you can give me? I really appreciate all they help :)

You can create reports of the submitted data. If you want to send the club's player information to the sports association in a PDF format, you can download form submissions as PDF. You can also download submission as Excel and CSV. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:
