How do I download ALL of the uploads?

    Hi

I have attempted to download all of the uploaded photos to the form I created.

Only half have downloaded for some reason so I'm unsure how I make sure they fully download?

    Many thanks,

    Antonia Nixon, Summerhall.

    Hello Antonia,

Have you check our guide already on how to download all the uploaded files together: https://www.jotform.com/help/356-How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files

Do you mean to say that only half of the uploaded files were downloaded? Since your form's submission data is stored in EU datacenter and to check the issue you have reported, we may have to check your form's submission. It can only be done by one of our support team members from EU region.

We will get back to you in within 24 hours.

    Thank you!

I initiated another download email, but I also checked your previous download link:

How do I download ALL of the uploads? Image 1 Screenshot 30

And it downloaded a file with 124 folders:

When it comes to that there are some submissions without uploads that should be correct.

Could you please double check if that is the correct download?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

There are around 134 submissions, so it might make sense that only 124 only have uploads. However when I have tried to download, only around 80 come through.

    Thanks,

    Antonia

    Hi there,
Yes this is the correct amount of submissions however only around 80 actually downloaded when I did it.
    Thanks,

    Hello,

The compressed file should also have the same number of folders inside, as much as the same number of submissions that you have with file attachments. And that was what Nik_C meant when he said when downloading the file, he sees 124 folders in it.

If you are just seeing 80 folders on your end, it is possible that the downloaded file was prematurely completed, the file should be somewhere around 35mb in size. Can you tell us the size of the file on your end?

    Thanks.

    Yes it is 37.7mb.

When I open the file, it has a bunch of files that I then have to open individually - these are the photos.

There should be 134 files(photos) and there are only 80 odd.

    Thanks

    Hello Antoniash,

Do you mean to say that you do not see any folders per submission? Can you please share a screenshot of the downloaded folder content? The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    Thank you!

That looks correct, but I'm not completely sure since I can not see all files.

I uploaded the file that I downloaded earlier, please download it: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8HNscqNhIGQTkVwbmo5OGRyYWs

And let us know if those files are correct.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!
