Hello - I just got notice that I am out of storage and exceeded payment limits. I was under the impression I was on the unlimited account, could you please look into this and let me know?

I checked your account and I can see that it is now over the limit. The monthly payment submission limit is 10. Upon checking, you have now 12 payment submissions to your account. That's the reason why your forms are disabled and over the quota.
As for the Total Submission Storage, you only have 500 total submission storage. It means that you can only store up to 500 submissions in your account. If you want to clear the Total Submission Storage, you need to delete it manually or you can just let it delete automatically. If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received. Keep in mind that deleted submissions are not recoverable.
