Can I have the functionality of adding sections or fields dynamically to my form?

I have a requirement to have a part of a form be able to be duplicated and added any number of times. For example, if I had a form that requested names of attendees for an event, a user filling out my form could click 'Add New Person' and have a pre-determined set of fields duplicated and added to the form (First Name, Last Name, Email).

Does JotForm support this?
