Once again, we are not getting our form submissions. Why are our legit email addresses getting flagged as spam constantly?

Hello primrose1,
I did check your last edited form and it seems your email address supervisor@primroselandscapingllc.com ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
Result:
supervisor@primroselandscapingllc.com is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT
I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should wok fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. Please note that you can yourself check if any of your email address ended up in bounce list and remove it as well. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Thank you!

Hi Ashwin_d
Please note that we are not getting emails yet again. This has happened 4 times in the last few months and is only corrected for a short amount of time. This makes us look very unprofessional in not getting back to the people that are submitting the form. Further, you stated previously that out supervisor email was in the bounce list but you never mentioned the c.bayer email address also in the bounce list and this was not corrected. What has to be done to fix this?

Try whitelisting our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider to avoid bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

I'm not an IT person (even though I do all IT work for office) so not sure what any of this means or even how to do it. Also, there are numerous comments to this list that say it is outdated and not current. When I try to click on the 'reply' that goes with the comment it just takes me to my account so I can't see what the response is.

In this case contact your email service provider support, and ask them to check if they are blocking our notifications. As well, ask them to whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses:

We have gsuite through gmail for our email so you are saying I need to contact google? And you are saying they are responsible for the whitelist as well?

Then there is no need to whitelist, as our domain names and sending IP addresses are already whitelisted.
Please do the following:
1. Search for this in your email inbox:in:spam from:@jotform.com2. If there are results, click on the top checkbox and set them all as NOT SPAM.
