Multiple File Upload: Why field asks to be filled even when files have been already uploaded?

Hi - so on our forms I have set conditional formatting that says if they type in the text box then they the correlating photo becomes required. 

We have had 3 instances where our users upload the required photos, but then they still get this error "this field is required"

I have been testing your form directly and found that the file type you tried to upload is allowed, also the file upload fields do not seem to have any size limit. 

I also tried to upload some fields and I was able to do it without any problem, example: 

This may have been a temporary connection issue, I have also cleared your forms cache, this may help to get you form working as expected. 

If the issue still persists, please check the web console in order to know if there are any errors that may be causing the upload fields to ignore the already uploaded files.
