Why won't your form load on mobile devices?

Our form loads fine on my laptop, but when I try to view it on our website via my mobile phone, it does not load. I am worried we are losing customers who are trying to register with us (Teacher's Pet Training, LLC) via mobile devices and are unable to do so so we are getting passed over. How can we fix this?

I have checked your web page on a mobile emulator and see that the form is not displayed. I notice that your web site is using Weebly and the form is embedded using the default Javascript embed code. Could you try re-embedding the form using the Weebly JotForm app by following the guide below?

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Hello,
Thank you for your response. We edit our site through a netfirms host and
I cannot find this "apps" tab where you can add this form. Do you have any
ideas on how to add this form as an app with netfirms? Our site is still
hosted by Weebly and the editor says weebly on it, but again, I don't have
    the "apps" option.

If the App option is not shown on your Weebly dashboard I would suggest you to contact Weebly support. Maybe they can help you to resolve this issue. I am not familiar with netfirms. Maybe the issue is on their and you can contact them to see if they can help you.

I can only suggest you to re-embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue.

    Getting the Form iFrame Code

Or you can add a direct link of your form to your website.
